Media/Press Policies
We welcome all parties interested in getting coverage of our Program Board events. The following are guidelines that all organizations must follow in order to obtain press/media access. All media and press requests must be made a minimum of 2 weeks in advance and names and contact information for the representatives must be provided. Each organization will get two press passes, 1 for a photographer and 1 for a news writer, no exceptions. Passes will be available for pickup 3 days prior to event at the Program Board office. Representatives must check in with Program Board day of show contact at the assigned time, no earlier and no later.
