Jazzman's Cafe

The Tuesday Jams at Jazzman's Cafe music series is sponsored by Johnson Center and University Life Programs. The idea behind the series is to feature live music by up and coming artists. Every Tuesday from 4:30pm - 6:30pm students, faculty and staff can relax and enjoy coffee and conversation to a range of sounds including anything from acoustic guitar, keyboard and vocals to a washtub bass . On many occasions artists have played audience favorites and some have invited students to sing a song or two with them. This is the second year that Tuesday Jams has been around and we are seeing  more familiar faces at each show. This success has generated more conversations about expanding our programs to showcase the wealth of talent here at George Mason University. So, stay tuned for more information on open mic nights, and other opportunities to perform on campus.
